When you place an order we will require your name, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

How much does shipping cost?
UK and Europe
Shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe is a flat rate of £4.50 (€ 5.60) for any order amount.
United States and the Rest of the World
Shipping to the United States is a flat rate of $10 for any order amount.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most other European countries.
Depending on which country you live in you may or may not be charged by your country for taxes/duties for importing into your country. Before you order please check with your government tax agency to figure out if you will need to pay any fees for buying products that are shipped to you.This is your responsibility.
The average delivery time is 72 hours. The deadline for delivery of the products varies according to the requested location.
We have a minimum order of 3 knobs unless stated otherwise. You can mix and match different designs or order all of the same design.

Exchange and Returns
Trinca-Ferro offers customers quality products seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the several categories it sells. To maintain customer satisfaction we have created an Exchange and Return Policy.
All occurrences involving return or exchange must be communicated to the Customer Service Centre.
Product(s) returned without this communication, outside the exchange period or without accompanying accessories will be re-sent to the customer by the company.
If any of the conditions below occur then the customer should refuse to receive the product:
• Packaging opened or damaged;
• Product damaged;
• Product not in accordance with the request;
• Lack of accessories.
If you still receive the product, please contact our Customer Service Centre within 72 hours.
If You Change Your Mind
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase the following conditions must be observed:
The deadline to withdraw from the purchase of the product is up to thirty one calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be sent in original packaging with no signs of use, together with the invoice and all its accessories.
Trinca-Ferro charges a restocking fee of 20% of the order total on all returned orders and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
A request for return must be reported to our Customer Service Centre within thirty one calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the product purchased has a defect after seven days from the date of receipt the customer must contact our Customer Service Centre.
The products should be returned, preferably in the original packaging.
All products will be analyzed and sent back to the client when it is not found to be defective or if one of the conditions described in the previous section are not enforced.
Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of dispatch. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website
