Placing an Order

1.     How do I place an order online?

Placing is an order online is easy. Just follow the steps below and your decorative door knobs will arrive with you shortly! 

1)      Browse our online shop. When you find a door knob or furniture knob that you love, type in the quantity you would like to purchase then click “buy now”. This will place the item in your cart until you are ready to check out.

2)      Keep shopping and filling your cart with decorative door knobs, furniture pulls and drawer handles until you have added everything you would like to purchase to your cart.

3)      When you are ready to check out, click on the cart icon at the upper right hand side of the page (it will show a number with how many items you have placed in your cart).

4)      Review the items in your cart; remove any you would not like to purchase and make sure the quantities are correct.

5)      Once you are happy with the selection of knobs and handles in your cart, click the red “check out” button.

6)      You can choose to “check out as a guest” (this is a good option if you do not want us to hold your address for future orders) or you can choose to “register and check out”. We recommend the second option because it will make checking out on future orders much quicker.

7)      Fill out your billing information, shipping information, preferred shipping method and payment information.

8)      Review your order to make sure it looks good to you before submitting it.

2.     Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not have a way for you to place an order over the phone, at this time all orders need to be placed in our online shop.

3.     Do I have to register with you to place an order?

You do not have to register with us to place an order, you can check out as a guest. When checking out as a guest you will still need to provide us with information like your shipping address and payment information, but we will not store that data for future orders. If you do choose to register with us it will make your checkout time faster when you place future orders on our site.

4.     I have forgotten something on my order, can I add to it?

We start processing your order as soon as you place it in order to get it to you as soon as possible; therefore we are not able to add items to your order. If you forgot to add something to your order please go back to the site and make a separate purchase.

5.     I have ordered an incorrect item, can I change my order after it is placed?

Unfortunately you cannot change your order after you place it. We process orders very quickly in order to get them to you as fast as possible. If you changed your mind about an item after you ordered it you can return the item once you receive it. Shipping in both directions will not be refunded. 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards directly on our website.

 

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 72 hours via DHL fast tracked courier.

2. How much does delivery cost within the UK?

Shipping within the UK and Europe costs a flat fee of £4.99 (€ 6.37).

3. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping to the United States and everywhere else in the world is $10 for any size order.

4. I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Occasionally there may be a delay by the shipping courier that is beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us and we will send an inquiry to the shipping courier and let you know when you can expect your decorative knobs, handles and pulls to be delivered.

1. Do you have any shops?

We do not have a brick and mortar store, all of our sales are done online.

2. How do I fit my knobs?

3. Do you have a catalogue that you can send to me?

We have a catalogue right on our website for your convenience. It is formatted so you can easily view it online, or print it out. You can view our catalogue here

5Do you sell to businesses?

6. Are door knobs sold in pairs?

Only our mortice door knobs are sold in pairs, all other furniture knobs are sold singularly.

7.  What size door knobs do I need?

Please check all the information in the listing before placing your orders. The sizes of the knobs and handles (including screw size) is in each description.

8. What are Mortice Knobs?

A Mortice door knob has fittings which set into the edge of a door. The back plate is attached to the door knob. It comes with a spindle bar and is sold as a pair.

 

Returns & Exchanges

1. I have changed my mind about my order, can I return it?

Yes, we have a money back guarantee on all of our items if you are not satisfied. Please contact us within 31 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to give you a refund for the items less shipping.

2. Can I exchange some of the items on my order?

If you would like to exchange your items please contact us within 31 days of receiving your purchase and we will provide you with our return address and instructions for sending the item(s) back. In the meantime, place an order for the new knobs, handles or pulls directly from our site. This is the fastest way to get your new items. We will ship your new order within 24 hours of receiving it. We will issue a refund for the returned items less shipping once they arrive back to us.

3. My order has arrived but it's damaged, what should I do?

We double check every order and strive to only send you quality, top notch items. If any of your knobs were damaged during transport please let us know immediately so we can find an applicable solution.

4. My order has arrived, but there is something incorrect, what should I do

Please let us know right away if anything in your order is incorrect and we will correct the order.

1. Will the colours of the knobs I receive match what's pictured on the website?

Although we do our best to correctly represent the colours of all of our knobs, handles and pulls, they may vary slightly due to differences in the brightness of your computer monitor.

2. Where can I go to get design ideas or see pieces of furniture with your knobs on them?

Our blog is a great place to get inspiration for your home décor. You will find colour advice, photos of our knobs on different types of furniture, design ideas (like how to use our decorative knobs as wall art!) and unique ideas for upcycling your furniture. 3. I have forgotten my password, how can I reset?

a] Go to Forgot Password Page 

b] Enter your email ID which is associated with the account

c] You will get a confirmation message saying if there is an account associated with [your email ID entered] you will receive an email with a link to reset your password

d] Check your email and follow the link to reset the password 

e] Update your new password

f] Once you update your new password you will get a confirmation message saying your password has been updated

g] Go to My account or Login page and login using your new credentials to access your account
